The Indian luxury watchmaker will use the fresh capital to expand production, strengthen research and development, and build its physical presence in India and international markets.
Rotoris, an Indian luxury watch brand, has raised ₹70 crore (approximately $7.4 million) in a Series A funding round led by Blume Ventures. The round also saw participation from 9Unicorns, Centricity, family offices including Diwakar Goel, Atul Singh and Adhiraj Burman, and actor and television host Rannvijay Singha.

The company plans to deploy the fresh capital towards research and development, production expansion and strengthening its physical retail presence in India and overseas. Founded by Prerna Gupta and Aakash Anand, Rotoris is building a premium watch business around limited-edition collections and an invitation-only access model through its Registry.
Rotoris Sees Strong Demand for Its Luxury Watches
Rotoris said its debut collection of 2,100 individually numbered watches sold out within days of its launch in February 2026. Since then, nearly 100,000 people have registered for access to its watches. Around 40% of demand comes from international markets, including the United States, Dubai and Australia, highlighting the brand’s ambitions beyond India.
Its portfolio includes Manifesta, a collection featuring natural stone dials, and Astonia, a chronograph built around a Swiss movement. The watches are assembled and tested at the company’s Rotoris Atelier in Gurugram, with movements sourced from Switzerland and Japan.
Rotoris Plans Expansion Across Global Luxury Markets
The company plans to expand its physical footprint through Rotoris House, with Mumbai and New York among the markets identified for expansion beyond Delhi. The move is intended to strengthen its customer experience and establish a broader presence in key luxury markets.
Rotoris previously raised $3 million in a seed funding round in December 2025. The round was led by Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, actor-investor Vivek Anand Oberoi, Venture Catalysts, 100 Unicorns and Tanmay Bhat. More than 30 founders also participated, including Mamaearth’s Varun Alagh, Noise’s Gaurav Khatri and Snitch’s Siddharth Dungarwal.
Aakash Anand previously built and scaled beauty and personal care brand Bella Vita before exiting the business. Prerna Gupta leads Rotoris, focusing on premium brand building and customer experience.
