Tata 1mg, the Tata Digital-backed healthtech platform, reported continued growth in FY26, with consolidated revenue increasing 23% year-on-year to ₹2,936 crore, bringing the company close to the ₹3,000 crore milestone while reducing its overall losses.

The company, which operates one of India’s leading digital healthcare platforms, offers online access to allopathic, ayurvedic, and homeopathic medicines, along with vitamins, nutritional supplements, diagnostics, and other healthcare services through its integrated digital ecosystem.

According to the company’s financial performance for the year ended March 2026, revenue was generated through two operating entities. Tata 1mg Healthcare Solutions Private Limited contributed ₹2,440 crore, while Tata 1mg Technologies Private Limited generated ₹496 crore, taking consolidated revenue to ₹2,936 crore, up from ₹2,392 crore in FY25.

On the profitability front, Tata 1mg Healthcare Solutions reported a net loss of ₹310 crore, while Tata 1mg Technologies remained profitable with a net profit of ₹23 crore. On a consolidated basis, the company reduced its overall net loss to ₹287 crore during FY26.

The company also strengthened its balance sheet during the year. Combined assets stood at ₹2,268 crore at the end of FY26, including ₹805 crore under Tata 1mg Healthcare Solutions and ₹1,463 crore under Tata 1mg Technologies. Total combined liabilities reached ₹1,601 crore, while the two entities reported a combined negative reserves and surplus balance of ₹167 crore.

Operating in India’s rapidly expanding digital healthcare market, Tata 1mg continues to compete with major online healthcare platforms including Netmeds, PharmEasy, and Apollo 24/7. The platform has built a comprehensive healthcare offering by combining online medicine delivery with diagnostics, wellness products, and healthcare services.

Tata Digital acquired a majority stake in 1mg in June 2021 as part of its broader strategy to build a diversified digital consumer ecosystem spanning healthcare, grocery, financial services, consumer electronics, and payments.

With strong double-digit revenue growth, improving financial performance, and continued expansion across digital healthcare services, Tata 1mg is reinforcing its position as one of India’s leading healthtech and e-pharmacy platforms.
