The millet-based snacking brand expects ₹220–250 crore in revenue this fiscal year and plans to expand distribution to 2.5 lakh retail outlets.
Troo Good, a millet-based snacking brand, is targeting ₹350 crore in revenue in the next financial year and ₹1,000 crore by FY31 as it expands manufacturing capacity, strengthens distribution and broadens its product portfolio. Founded by Raju Bhupati, the company expects to close the current fiscal year with revenue of ₹220–250 crore, nearly tripling its business over two years.

The company has expanded monthly manufacturing capacity from approximately 480 tonnes in early 2025 to 1,200 tonnes currently. Its seven manufacturing units span around 90,000 square feet, with the latest facility adding approximately 350 tonnes of monthly capacity.
Troo Good Plans ₹40 Crore Hyderabad Factory
Troo Good plans to invest around ₹40 crore in a new mega factory in Hyderabad, expected to become operational around February–March 2027. The facility is projected to add 700 tonnes of monthly capacity, produce nearly three crore bars monthly and potentially generate ₹150–200 crore in annual revenue. The company plans to use specialised machinery designed specifically for chikki production.
Its portfolio currently includes around 18–20 products, including chikkis, affordable bars and milk-based millet bites. The brand intends to expand its range to approximately 25 products over the next 12–18 months, focusing on chikkis, bars and crunchy bars rather than unrelated categories.
Distribution Expansion Drives Growth Strategy
Troo Good aims to increase its retail presence from more than 70,000 outlets across seven to eight states to 2.5 lakh stores over the next 12–18 months. It plans to expand its distributor network to around 1,000 and operate across approximately 10 states.
The company is strengthening general trade and institutional sales while building alternative distribution channels. Its partnerships include IRCTC, alongside expansion through bus and train networks, major online platforms and potential airline channels.
Troo Good currently sells approximately five crore chikkis monthly and estimates its category market share at 25–30%. It targets a revenue mix of 60% from consumer-facing channels and 40% from institutional business.
The company has completed three funding rounds, including investments from Oaks Asset Management, Puro and Vini Cosmetics founder Darshan Patel. It is also exploring international markets, with preliminary discussions in Europe and market research in the UAE. Exports will follow once its new factory becomes operational.
