Troovy Raises ₹100 Crore in Series B Funding Led by Fireside Ventures

The children’s snacking brand will use the capital to expand manufacturing, strengthen research and development, and scale distribution across quick commerce and offline retail.

Troovy, a Gurugram-based food and snacking brand, has raised ₹100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Sharrp Ventures and other investors. Founded in 2023 by Aditya Mukherjee and Mansi Baranwal, the company develops snacks and convenient food products for children and families, focusing on ingredient selection and healthier alternatives to conventional packaged foods.

The fresh capital will support research and development, manufacturing capacity expansion, wider distribution across quick-commerce and offline channels, and the scaling of its Build Together model. Through this initiative, Troovy develops products using parental feedback and insights into children’s preferences, aiming to make better food choices more appealing through consumer-led innovation.

Troovy Expands Its Better-for-You Food Portfolio

Troovy’s portfolio includes snacks, sauces, spreads and millet pasta. The company says its vacuum-cooked potato chips contain 10%–12% oil, compared with 35%–40% in mainstream chips. It also offers clean-label ketchup and seasonings for children without synthetic additives or preservatives.

The brand operates in the growing children’s health food segment, competing with Slurrp Farm, Timios and The Mumum Co. Its strategy combines product innovation with distribution expansion across direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce, quick commerce and physical retail.

Troovy Builds on Previous Funding Rounds

The Series B follows a $5 million Series A round in January 2026, led by Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures, with participation from existing investors Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital. In May 2025, Troovy raised ₹20 crore in a pre-Series A round led by Fireside Ventures.

The latest investment reflects continued investor interest in better-for-you packaged foods. Other brands, including Slurrp Farm, Open Secret and Beyond Snack, are also expanding across consumer channels to capture demand for alternative snacking options.

Slurrp Farm secured ₹30 crore in an extended Series C round from Scarlet Ventures in February 2026. Open Secret raised ₹50 crore through an equity investment from Desai Brothers Group and institutional debt in July 2026.

With its latest funding, Troovy plans to strengthen its product development and manufacturing capabilities while reaching more families through an expanded distribution network.
