GIVA Secures ₹450 Cr at $374 Mn Valuation in Series C Led by Creaegis

Direct-to-consumer (D2C) jewellery brand GIVA is in the process of raising ₹450 crore (approximately $53 million) in its Series C funding round, led by growth-stage investor Creaegis. The fresh capital infusion values the company at around $374 million, marking a substantial 47% jump from its previous valuation of $254 million in 2024.

According to regulatory filings reviewed by Inc42, GIVA’s board approved the issuance of 1.73 lakh compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at ₹25,947 per share during a board meeting held on May 26, 2025.

Founded in 2019 by Ishendra Agarwal, Nikita Prasad, and Sachin Shetty, GIVA started as a silver-focused jewellery brand, offering high-quality 925 sterling silver pieces. Over the years, the Bengaluru-based startup has strategically diversified its product portfolio to include 14K and 18K gold jewellery and lab-grown diamonds, positioning itself as a modern, accessible luxury brand in India’s competitive jewellery market.

The new capital will likely be channeled into expanding product categories, scaling up GIVA’s gold and diamond verticals, enhancing design capabilities, and strengthening both its offline and online retail footprint. The brand has increasingly leaned on influencer collaborations, celebrity endorsements, and strong digital branding to build trust among millennial and Gen Z consumers.

This Series C round reflects a broader investor confidence in the D2C jewelry segment, which has witnessed increased traction due to changing consumer preferences toward design-first, certified, and conveniently accessible jewelry options.

With this latest funding milestone, GIVA is poised to intensify its efforts in product innovation, market penetration, and omnichannel growth. As the company scales new heights, it joins the ranks of India’s most promising D2C startups reshaping the future of jewelry retail.
