This new investment will happen in two parts and should be finished by early 2027. After this, ITC will have invested a total of around ₹126 crore in Mother Sparsh. They plan to buy the rest of the company over the next couple of years.

ITC says this move helps them build a strong collection of new and exciting products for Indian shoppers. Mother Sparsh is known for its natural baby care items and strong online presence.

The founder of Mother Sparsh is happy about the deal, saying ITC knows how to grow brands and will help them reach more mothers.

Mother Sparsh sells a variety of baby products online and in some stores, and they currently make over ₹110 crore in sales each year. This investment fits into ITC’s plan to grow its business with modern consumer goods and strengthen its position in the natural and ayurvedic product market.
