Backed by All In Capital, Suashish Group and prominent entrepreneurs, the startup is expanding beyond ironing into dry cleaning and shoe care.
Fabric care startup Iztri has raised a seed round led by All In Capital and Suashish Group, with participation from prominent entrepreneurs, family offices and early backer PedalStart. The fresh capital will help the startup expand its hub network, strengthen operational and technology infrastructure, and broaden its services beyond clothes ironing.
Founded in 2024 by Rohit Ramesh and Ankit Choudhary, Iztri began operations in early 2025 with an apartment hub model. The business combines neighbourhood infrastructure, trained workers and technology-led backend operations to standardise service quality and turnaround times.
Iztri currently serves more than 25,000 customers across Bangalore and has created structured employment for over 200 blue-collar workers through its hub network. The company is targeting more than 100,000 customers over the next six months as it scales its hyperlocal fabric care offering.
The latest funding round saw participation from Anupam Mittal, Kunal Shah, Tanmay Bhat, Gaurav Munjal, Roman Saini, Abhishek Goyal, the JK Tyre family office, and Shadowfax founders Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khadelwal. PedalStart, which backed Iztri earlier, also participated.
With the new capital, Iztri plans to increase its hub presence while investing in stronger operations and technology. The startup is also expanding its product and service portfolio beyond ironing into dry cleaning and shoe care, with the broader ambition of building a fabric and home care platform.
Geographic expansion is another key focus. Iztri plans to deepen its presence across southern India over the next two to three years before moving into the top five metro cities. The company aims to establish a presence across India’s top five metros within the next two years.
The latest round follows a $200,000 pre-seed round led by AJVC in 2025 and a $50,000 round led by PedalStart earlier that year.
Iztri is positioning its apartment hub model as the foundation for a scalable, hyperlocal fabric care network. By combining trained service professionals, neighbourhood accessibility and technology-enabled operations, the startup aims to make everyday fabric care more consistent and convenient while building a larger home care ecosystem across India.
