Delhi-based clean-label snacking brand Khari Foods, operated by Grahill Wellness Pvt. Ltd., has successfully raised ₹3 crore in a Seed funding round led by Meri Punji Pvt. Ltd. This fundraise marks a pivotal growth milestone for the health-focused brand as it looks to scale operations, expand its product line, and deepen market penetration across India’s urban and semi-urban regions.

The ₹3 crore seed capital will be strategically deployed across multiple business functions including research and development, new product innovation, marketing expansion, team building, and the enhancement of distribution networks. With an Annual Revenue Run Rate (ARR) growth projection of 208% for the current financial year, Khari Foods is demonstrating robust traction and a clear path to scalability.
Founded in 2022 by Yash (CEO) and Sunil Bansal (COO), Khari Foods has positioned itself as a fast-growing player in the “better-for-you” snacking category. The brand stands out through its clean-label formulations, palm oil-free and maida-free products, and nutrient-dense offerings tailored to Indian taste preferences. The company’s fully owned, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Haryana ensures complete control over quality and supply chain efficiency.
Khari Foods plans to utilize the fresh capital to ramp up R&D initiatives and introduce new product categories that cater to evolving consumer preferences. The team also aims to build a stronger in-house workforce and scale its marketing and retail distribution efforts, especially in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
The company currently offers a diverse range of healthy snacks such as Ragi Crispies, Beetroot Crispies, Jowar Puffs, Snack Mixes, and Snack Bars, targeting health-conscious consumers aged 20–40. Khari Foods has maintained profitability since inception, operating in a bootstrapped mode until now.
Meri Punji Pvt. Ltd., the lead investor, praised the brand’s solid fundamentals, consumer-centric innovation, and disciplined execution. Their investment underscores growing confidence in India’s health-focused D2C ecosystem and the increasing demand for clean, functional snacks.
With momentum on its side, Khari Foods is set to reinforce its leadership in the health snacking category, offering consumers products that are not just nutritious and clean, but also packed with flavor.
