Lahori Zeera Targets ₹1,100–1,200 Cr Revenue in FY27 With New Product Push

The beverage brand is expanding into zero-sugar drinks, non-carbonated beverages and South India while scaling manufacturing and strengthening its distribution network.

Lahori Zeera is targeting ₹1,100–1,200 crore in net revenue in FY27, up from ₹775 crore in FY26, as the beverage maker expands its portfolio, manufacturing footprint and geographic presence. The zero-sugar diet variant, entry into non-carbonated beverages and South India expansion are key. Co-founder and CEO Saurabh Munjal said.

The newly launched Lahori Zeera Diet is priced at ₹20 for a 160-ml bottle and uses stevia to deliver a zero-sugar, zero-calorie formulation. The variant is aimed at calorie-conscious consumers who have traditionally avoided the flagship drink because of its sugar content. Lahori Zeera currently has six SKUs across five flavours, with Diet the latest addition. The original product will continue unchanged, while the company is working on further formulations designed to reduce sugar.

Lahori Zeera expects quick commerce to become an important channel for the new variant, given its overlap with immediate-consumption occasions and health-conscious consumers. Munjal expects quick commerce to contribute substantially over time.

The company is also preparing to enter the non-carbonated beverages segment in January with three to four flavours, including Lahori Aamras, Lahori Teekha Guava and Lahori Zeera Nimbu Pani. The flavours will launch together.

Manufacturing capacity is also being expanded. Lahori Zeera currently produces from eight locations, including company-owned facilities in Vapi, Punjab and Lucknow and five contract manufacturing locations. Its manufacturing footprint is expected to reach 15–16 locations next year. The company produces around 1.2 crore bottles, with approximately 40% of capacity in Punjab, 25% in Gujarat and 35% in Vapi.

Geographically, Lahori Zeera is present across 19 states with more than 3,000 distributors. North India contributes around 40% of business, while East contributes 30–35%, compared with an earlier North India share of 60–65%. The company is now targeting South India, having established a facility in Bengaluru to enter Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana from January. The region is expected to take two to three years to scale.

Lahori Zeera remains predominantly an offline, general-trade-led business, with more than 95% of sales coming from GT. Online channels, including e-commerce, modern trade and quick commerce, contribute less than 5%.

Despite higher raw material and packaging costs and pressure from the West Asia conflict, the company expects 12–15% EBITDA margins alongside its FY27 revenue target. Product development and capacity expansion will largely be funded through internal accruals, with no current need for external capital.

Entering its 10th year, Lahori Zeera is targeting global representation within the next decade.
