Oziva Revenue Jumps 80% to ₹463 Cr in FY26 as HUL Takes Full Ownership

The nutrition and wellness brand delivered strong topline growth as its transition into a wholly owned HUL business coincided with higher investments in marketing, products and people.

Oziva, the nutrition and wellness brand now wholly owned by Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), recorded strong revenue growth in FY26, with revenue from operations rising 80% to ₹463.4 crore from ₹257.8 crore in FY25. The performance comes as Oziva continues to scale its portfolio across nutrition, wellness and health-focused consumer categories.

The brand generates revenue from products including plant-based supplements, protein products, vitamins and solutions focused on skin and hair health. Product sales remained the sole contributor to operating revenue during FY26.

Domestic sales continued to account for the majority of the business, rising to ₹454 crore from ₹257 crore in FY25. Oziva also expanded its international business, with overseas revenue reaching ₹8.3 crore during the year, compared with ₹8.3 lakh in FY25. Including ₹4.1 crore from non-operating activities, total income stood at ₹467.5 crore.

Marketing remained a major area of investment as Oziva scaled its consumer business. Advertising and promotional expenditure more than doubled to ₹246.2 crore from ₹119.8 crore, accounting for more than half of the company’s total expenses.

Materials consumed increased 63% to ₹116 crore, while employee benefit expenses nearly doubled to ₹45.4 crore. This included ₹22 crore in cash-settled employee stock option costs, compared with ₹7 crore in the previous year. Transportation and logistics expenses also increased 57% to ₹36.9 crore.

Higher investments and ESOP-related costs resulted in a net loss of ₹18.5 crore in FY26, compared with ₹4.2 crore in FY25. The company noted that the ₹22 crore ESOP expense contributed significantly to the reported loss. Excluding this cost, Oziva would have recorded an estimated profit of around ₹3.5 crore.

The FY26 performance also comes against the backdrop of a significant ownership transition. In February 2026, HUL acquired the remaining 49% stake in Oziva for ₹824 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. HUL had initially acquired a 51% stake in December 2022 for ₹264.28 crore.

The latest transaction valued Oziva at approximately ₹1,682 crore, significantly higher than the valuation implied during HUL’s initial investment.

With revenue reaching ₹463.4 crore and HUL now owning the business completely, Oziva enters its next phase with the backing of a major FMCG company while continuing to build its nutrition and wellness portfolio across domestic and international markets.
