Pee Safe is preparing for its next phase of growth through a larger brand portfolio, international expansion, quick commerce and potential acquisitions. The sexual and personal wellness company is targeting an initial public offering (IPO) in FY29–30, while aiming to nearly double revenue to around ₹250 crore by FY27.
Founder Vikas Bagaria said the IPO remains the company’s long-term plan. Pee Safe expects to close FY27 at ₹250 crore in revenue, compared with ₹130 crore in the previous fiscal year. The business, which reported a low single-digit EBITDA loss last fiscal, is now almost breaking even and expects to become profitable this fiscal. Bagaria said revenue above ₹200 crore in the current year would be on the profitable side of the business.

The company is not looking to raise fresh capital at present, following its $32 million, or around ₹290 crore, Series C round in January 2026 led by healthcare-focused private equity firm OrbiMed. Further fundraising could be considered if Pee Safe decides to acquire a company or brand.
Acquisitions are emerging as a potential growth lever. Pee Safe is evaluating businesses in adjacent or complementary categories that could benefit from its distribution network and market reach. Further fundraising could therefore support inorganic expansion when suitable opportunities emerge.
Alongside inorganic expansion, Pee Safe is strengthening its brand portfolio. Its new women-focused nutraceutical brand, Within, has launched with three SKUs, including Inner Bloom, a powdered formula focused on gut and intimate health, and Lean Mode, aimed at appetite control and weight management.
Initially targeting women aged 25–35, Within plans to serve consumers across different life stages, including perimenopause, menopause and women in their 50s. Pee Safe expects the brand to generate around ₹5 crore in FY27, ₹25–30 crore the following year and approximately ₹100 crore within three years. More products are planned by December, supported by the existing distribution network.
Pee Safe currently reaches around 55,000 retail outlets across 100 Indian cities and sells in 22 international markets. International business contributed around 8% of revenue last fiscal and is expected to rise to 10–12% this year.
Online channels contribute approximately 70% of revenue, with quick commerce accounting for 35–40%. Meanwhile, grooming-focused sub-brand FURR is expected to contribute around 30% of FY27 revenue, while sexual wellness brand Domina is being scaled down to a more organic play.
