Holiday Tribe recently raised ₹25 crore (about $2.85 million) in a pre-Series A funding round. Powerhouse Ventures and GSF, who had already invested in the company, led the round, with other angel investors also participating.
This funding comes after Holiday Tribe secured ₹5.4 crore in seed money in September 2024. The company claims to have tripled its growth since then.

Founded by Anshu Sharma and Chirag Goyal, Holiday Tribe specializes in personalized travel packages. They use a direct-to-consumer model to provide convenient, curated experiences. They’ve arranged trips to over 30 destinations across the globe and have a supplier network of over 100,000 hotels and 1 million activities. By cutting out the middleman, they offer customers travel plans suited to their needs.
The new funds will be used to improve Holiday Tribe’s AI, strengthen its supplier connections, and enhance its mobile and desktop platforms. The company will focus on real-time personalization, trip planning, and AI-powered customer help. They also plan to grow their list of hotels and activities, giving travelers more options.
Holiday Tribe is working with tourism boards in places like Abu Dhabi, Mauritius, Dubai, Switzerland, and Singapore. These partnerships help the company expand its reach through international marketing and co-branding.
Holiday Tribe aims to reach ₹500 crore in annual sales within the next 18–24 months. To achieve this, they plan to scale their tech, increase brand awareness through influencer marketing, and refine their direct-to-consumer sales strategy. The company is focused on providing convenience, personalization, and quality, which appeals to younger travelers looking for easy and unique booking experiences.
This funding positions Holiday Tribe as a startup to watch in the travel sector. With AI-driven personalization becoming more important, the company’s direct-to-consumer approach could be a model for future business moves in the industry.
