SNITCH Debuts Its First Experiential Flagship in Colaba – Redefining the Future of D2C Fashion in India

Already a disruptor in the Indian direct-to-consumer fashion world, this move shows how some top D2C brands are changing traditional retail through smart design, tech, and engaging stories. The Colaba store, their 79th nationwide, goes beyond regular shopping. It gives an inside look at what SNITCH is all about – from style and self-expression to a fashion community.

SNITCH 2.0 is meant to feel like the brand come to life. The store is set up to get people interested, encourage interaction, and connect with young, trendy Indian shoppers. There are special areas for styling, expressing yourself, and making content, which lets customers turn into creators themselves. Product displays tell the story of SNITCH’s rise in the Indian D2C market. The store will also host exclusive product releases, collaborations, and events that mix music, fashion, and lifestyle.

According to SNITCH’s Founder & CEO, Siddharth Dungarwal, SNITCH 2.0 is more than just a store. It’s a real-world version of their goal to create inspiring experiences. He added that Colaba’s cultural vibe makes it the perfect place to show this new direction. Many D2C brands in India are now focusing on this idea: combining online success with real-world retail experiences.

SNITCH plans to open 4–5 more stores in cities such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi by the end of financial year 2025. This shows their plan to build stronger connections with customers. Starting as an online brand, this move highlights how D2C business models are growing in India, where combining online and offline sales is now key to growth.

In recent years, SNITCH has become a success story in the Indian fashion market. By using influencer marketing, fast design, and strong online branding, they’ve quickly gained popularity with millennial and Gen Z customers. Their approach combines fast online delivery with engaging offline retail.

This move also points to a larger trend: online brands are investing in physical spaces to build customer loyalty. SNITCH’s store in Colaba shows how brands can change from online disruptors to retail innovators. By mixing community-focused storytelling, great design, and a solid supply chain, SNITCH offers a plan for other Indian startups looking for long-term success.
