Virgio Eyes ₹100 Crore Revenue by FY26, Strengthening Its Position Among India’s Fastest-Growing D2C Fashion Brands

Virgio, Amar Nagaram’s D2C fashion and lifestyle brand, is aiming for ₹100 crore in revenue by FY26. They’re one of the fastest-growing D2C brands in India, with growth of 315% between FY24 and FY25.

Virgio’s revenue jumped from ₹31 crore in FY24, and they’ve improved their EBITDA by almost 70%. They are concentrating on running things well and using a flexible D2C model, setting a good example for other D2C fashion and lifestyle startups in India. They’re also investing more in their omnichannel approach, planning to open 14 new stores across India by the end of the year to grow beyond online.

Nagaram says that 61% of Virgio’s online sales are through D2C channels, 35% from marketplaces, and about 4% from physical stores. They want to strengthen the brand and get closer to customers. They already have five stores open and are planning new ones in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and other big cities. The stores won’t cost too much to set up, around ₹20-30 lakh each.

Virgio is one of the newest D2C startups to control its whole production process. From sourcing fabrics to manufacturing, they manage everything. Their Lease Line Concept lets them use space in partner factories while keeping quality control and scaling up with tech. This helps Virgio stay efficient without spending too much.

Currently, Virgio sells eight fashion types, with western wear making up 60% of their revenue. Most of their demand is in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Jaipur, and Chandigarh, which together make up nearly two-thirds of their revenue.

Virgio plans to increase its monthly catalog from 300–400 styles to over 1,000 soon. They just launched ZERO, a thrifting platform for pre-owned fashion, promoting sustainability.

Nagaram says the issue for fashion brands is the gap between supply and what people want. Virgio is fixing this with data, vertical integration, and quick delivery, changing how D2C brands are built in India.

With the D2C fashion market growing fast and expected to stay strong in the coming years, Virgio is in a good position with its innovation and sustainability.
