VegNonVeg Opens Its Largest Flagship in Hyderabad as It Accelerates National Expansion and Community-Led Streetwear Culture

VegNonVeg, a leading Indian streetwear and sneaker brand, has opened its largest store in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills. This is their fifth store in India. This move shows the brand’s growing influence in the Indian streetwear market.

This expansion occurs as many online brands are now creating physical stores to build stronger customer relationships. Hyderabad’s vibrant culture and young population make it a key location for VegNonVeg’s new store.

The store, designed with AIM Architecture (Shanghai), is more than just a retail location. It’s a mix of store, lounge, café, gallery, and community space. This setup reflects how Indian streetwear fans shop and interact with brands. The focus on experience is part of a wider trend where brands are making engaging locations that bring their online presence to life.

The store uses materials like brick, steel, plaster, concrete, and ikat, which reflect Hyderabad’s culture and VegNonVeg’s modern, urban style. A special stage connects the outdoor garden to the inside, turning the space into a venue for product releases, shows, collaborations, workshops, and pop-ups. This helps VegNonVeg stand out in a market that values community.

“We wanted to build a space that feels open, real, and connected to the city,” said Abhineet Singh, Co-founder of VegNonVeg. His vision aligns with the trend where customers want authentic, culturally relevant, and engaging shopping experiences.

Each floor of the store has a purpose. The ground floor has the sneaker area and community stage, the first floor offers clothing, accessories, and a café, and the top floor is for events, collaborations, and workshops.

VegNonVeg has also teamed up with True Black, a Hyderabad coffee brand, for an in-store coffee counter. The space includes walls for local art, areas for limited-edition sneakers, and adaptable setups for product launches, which is important as the brand introduces new products.

This store is not just a retail space for Hyderabad; it’s a cultural spot for the city’s streetwear, art, and music scene. For VegNonVeg, it’s a key move in their store growth as the Indian market matures and lifestyle brands aim for stronger engagement and brand loyalty.

VegNonVeg’s Jubilee Hills store is an example of community-focused streetwear retail in India.
