Loom Crafts Furniture India Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of high-end outdoor furniture, has expanded its retail business with its first flagship store in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. This area is India’s biggest furniture market. The 10,000 sq. ft. store is a milestone for the company, showing its growth as a premium direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in the home and outdoor decor industry.
The store is designed to give customers an engaging shopping experience. It displays the brand’s whole line of products, such as outdoor loungers, daybeds, sofas, dining sets, and accessories for indoor and outdoor living. This meets the rising need for better living spaces in India’s residential and business markets.
The store shows example patios, gardens, and poolsides, helping customers imagine how the furniture would look in their own spaces. The store introduces three product lines—Elite, Signature, and Simpli—aimed at luxury, mid-range, and budget shoppers, in that order. There’s also a design studio with Sunbrella® and Agora fabrics, where customers can customize their furniture.
Rahul Jindal, Managing Director, said that the store is designed to showcase the best outdoor furniture and inspire customers to improve their homes and businesses. He says the brand aims to update outdoor living with creative designs and careful manufacturing.
Loom Crafts is also planning to grow globally, with stores set to open in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. More stores are planned in the UAE, the Middle East, and Africa. These stores will give customers direct access to the brand’s products, along with local support and supply chains.
In India, Loom Crafts will open more company-owned stores and partner with exclusive brand partners. In addition to the new Delhi store, stores are planned for Gurugram, Noida, Goa, and Kolkata in 2026. These will add to the existing 14 partner stores in cities like Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Chennai.
Loom Crafts is growing fast in the D2C market because of its focus on lifestyle changes, business growth, and high-end products for modern homes.
