• Content Factory workflows
• Day 1 integration systems
According to the workshop curriculum, founders will build systems capable of generating:
• Competitive intelligence workflows comparable to ₹3 lakh to ₹5 lakh per month agency research
• Customer research workflows inspired by processes used before large brand launches
Day 2 focuses on Growth and Operations

Participants will also build what theCRUX calls a “ten teammate AI team” operating on the founder’s actual brand.
The outputs built inside the workshop include competitor intelligence reports, customer voice reports, content calendars, ad copy banks, creative brief generators, marketplace PDPs, CRO recommendation reports, SOP systems, WhatsApp retention systems, growth analysis briefs, and 90 day growth roadmaps.
