EUME Accelerates Offline Push: Opens First Bengaluru Store, Eyes 8-10 New EBOs in 2025

Premium luggage brand EUME has formally opened its first exclusive brand outlet (EBO) in Bengaluru at Phoenix Mall of Asia, a significant step indicating ambitious D2C growth plans. Geared to launch 810 EBOs across India this year, the Mumbai based Indian D2C startup is supported by a Rs 25 crore Series A funding led by Gujarat Venture Finance Limited (GVFL).

This growth emphasizes India’s D2C companies’ growing tendency to move from digital first to omnichannel retail strategies. According with their ambitious 2025 growth targets, cofounder Naina Parekh told ET Retail that Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi are EUME’s highest priority cities for retail expansion.

A Strategic offline Leap in the D2C Ecosystem India

EUME currently runs two stores: one in Mumbai’s Infiniti Malad and another in Hyderabad’s Sarath City Mall. The brand is aggressively betting on offline visibility to increase customer engagement with its third and first ever Bengaluru store now open. Parekh said, “We are working to increase the visibility of our goods in shops so that clients would understand what EUME is about.”

This places EUME among the fastest expanding premium D2C brands segment in India. The action also mirrors current D2C market trends 2025, in which directtoconsumer companies are prioritizing both online and offline presence—an omnichannel plan absolutely necessary to scale operations and revenues.

Series A funding helps D2C retail growth plans.

Earlier this year, EUME’s Series A funding news made waves in the D2C industry India circuit, highlighting investor confidence in the brand’s D2C supply chain innovation and product promise. According to earlier statements, the Rs 25 crore capital infusion will be used to enhance product development, grow EBOs, and drive strategic alliances.

While the company hasn’t disclosed specific figures, Parekh said EUME’s monthly revenue run rate is now Rs 4–5 crore, pointing its aggressive expansion path. Given the increase in India of D2C financing rounds, particularly for VCbacked D2C companies, EUME’s retail approach fits in with wider D2C industry news indicating investors are interested in hybrid development models.

Franchising on the Brink?

Though EUME would concentrate on stabilizing its retail strategy first, Parekh also mentioned possible franchise ally curiosity. This sets the brand as a possibility to participate in future D2C purchases 2025 or franchised-driven D2C development projects.

Stories like EUME’s highlight the perseverance and ambition of indigenous directtoconsumer companies as the Indian D2C economy develops. Whether via smart backpacks, travel accessories, or D2C personal care products, entrepreneurs are reshaping consumer engagement both online and off.
