Indian Snack House Raises ₹2.2 Cr Pre-Seed to Take South Indian Snacks National

Chennai’s own D2C brand, Indian Snack House, has successfully raised ₹2.2 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Titan Capital. This investment will help the brand expand into more cities, enhance its product lineup, and strengthen its online presence to connect with snack enthusiasts all over the country.

Founded in 2023 by Rajakumaran and Anbarasan, Indian Snack House specializes in a delightful selection of clean-label South Indian snacks—from the rich Tirunelveli Halwa to the crispy Nagercoil Banana Chips—all made without palm oil, preservatives, or artificial colors. The startup runs its own e-commerce platform and is already shipping over 100,000 snack packs each month.

With a strong focus on authenticity, quality, and health, the brand aspires to be the go-to destination for India’s regional snack heritage. As the demand for artisanal and transparent food products continues to rise, Indian Snack House is broadening its menu to include beloved treats from Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

“Our mission is to bring authentic South Indian snacks to homes across India and beyond,” the founders shared in a joint statement. The brand also caters to health-conscious families and children looking for tasty yet safe snacking options.

Thanks to the backing from Titan Capital, Indian Snack House is now ready to scale up quickly, delivering regional delights in a clean-label format that appeals to modern Indian consumers.
