Right4Paws, an Indian D2C pet nutrition company, secured ₹14 crore in Series A funding from high-net-worth individuals. This investment is a notable event, as pet care brands at this stage usually get smaller amounts. It shows investors are confident in Right4Paws and the growing Indian pet care market.

Right4Paws, owned by Pet Prakalp India Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore, specializes in science-backed, natural food for pets’ long-term health. Three Pins Capital Ltd, UAE, advised on the Series A round, showing a trend of capital flowing to brands that value research, transparency and premium products.

The new funds will help Right4Paws grow manufacturing, increase production, and strengthen teams—all essential for D2C business growth in India. They also plan to hire experts, introduce new product lines for different needs and life stages, expand distribution in India, and start exporting internationally, showing big expansion plans.

Right4Paws stands out by avoiding heavily processed ingredients and artificial additives. They focus on whole-food-based nutrition, backed by science and R&D. Dhanu Roy, Founder & Director, Right4Paws, mentioned that this funding is a key step in improving pet nutrition standards in India. He said Right4Paws combines whole foods with the convenience of dry nutrition, aiming to become a trusted global brand from India. This aligns with the trend of Indian pet owners treating pets as family and prioritizing quality and wellness.

Sameer Achan, Co-founder & Director, added that investor interest confirms their unique approach, special technology, and market strategy. The Series A funding allows for quick growth, new product categories, and preparation for international markets, while staying focused on research and real health results.

The funding comes at a good time, as India’s pet care market is growing due to higher incomes, urbanization, and awareness of pet health. This makes D2C pet care brands attractive to investors.

With the Series A funding, Right4Paws is in a good position to improve manufacturing, expand distribution, and build brand awareness in India. Their focus on science, whole-food nutrition, and long-term wellness makes them a key player in the premium pet care market.
