Two Brothers Organic Farms Raises ₹110 Crore in Series B to Scale and Go Global

D2C organic food brand Two Brothers Organic Farms has raised ₹110 crore in a Series B funding round led by 360 ONE Asset, with participation from Rainmatter Investments, the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office, and Ignite Growth LLP (via Rahul Garg).

Founded by fourth-generation farmers Ajinkya Hange and Satyajit Hange, Two Brothers has grown more than 8× over the past three years, crossed a ₹200 crore ARR, and built a product portfolio of over 100 SKUs including A2 cultured ghee, khapli atta, cold-pressed oils, and more.

In a statement, the co-founders said the fresh capital will be deployed to expand manufacturing capacity, deepen international reach (especially in the US and MENA markets), scale operations, and strengthen farmer engagement programs.

Investors pointed to the brand’s strong fundamentals, commitment to regenerative farming, and supply chain transparency as key differentiators in the organic foods space.

Two Brothers plans to use part of the funding (approximately ₹10 crore) to build a large integrated food park, hosted over 10–15 acres, to centralize manufacturing, packing, labs, and farmer training.

The brand has also set ambitious goals: aiming to reach ₹1,000 crore revenue in the near future and to expand its footprint deeper into Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities across India.
