Unlimitr Raises $1.1 Mn Seed Round to Build Global AI-Led Wellness Ecosystem

Wellness platform Unlimitr secured $1.1 million in seed funding, valuing the company at $7 million. This is a big step for the global wellness and digital health startup coming out of India’s D2C space. Texas investors supported the round, showing confidence in Indian wellness innovation and the general movement in D2C news in India, D2C daily news, and global D2C startup news.

Ruchika Gupta and Gaurav Agarwal started Unlimitr, previously Health Click Away, in 2020. It has a strong presence in over 40 countries, linking users with more than 5,000 certified coaches, nutritionists, and fitness experts. With a growing base of 98,000 users, the platform combines AI, behavioral science, and personal coaching to deliver wellness methods that acknowledge culture and are sustainable. As the wellness and D2C wellness startups area grows worldwide, Unlimitr is becoming a next-gen platform that is inline with the changes in India’s D2C space and global consumer behavior.

The new funds will go toward AI, analytics, product changes, and deeper personalization, which are key as consumers want custom and results-based wellness options. The company will put funds into alliances to get into global markets, grow it’s expert-run programs, and start a coach community system to retain long-term users. This puts Unlimitr as a fast growing D2C wellness startup in today’s market.

Co-founder & CEO Ruchika Gupta commented that their mission started from a personal need and grew into a global system backed by AI, science, and care. With this money, Unlimitr is set to become the main wellness choice, a lifestyle helper that knows, changes, and grows with each user. Her vision is in line with the trend of created-led D2C brands, D2C wellness startups, and data-run personal care platforms in D2C industry news.

Unlimitr wants to build a wellness market, a digital place where users can find the right coach, program, product, or habit, all powered by AI and human care. This model shows how the D2C business in India is growing, where platforms use data, behavior info, and community to create consumer systems.

As the market for wellness grows, Unlimitr is up against competitors like MyFitnessPal, Virta, and Foodvisor. But, it’s mix of AI and culturally based coaching makes it stand out in a sector known for generic solutions.

For investors, this round shows a appetite for wellness D2C brands, mainly those building worth through sustainable engagement, strong D2C revenue, and AI product changes. As D2C funding, expansion, and product releases increase in 2025, Unlimitr seems ready to grow across areas.

By mixing science, tech, and human connection, Unlimitr is changing global wellness, rising as a brand to watch in the next wave of Indian D2C updates and global D2C market trends in 2025.
