Doodhvale Farms Expands Its D2C Dairy Business with a Farm-to-Doorstep Model

D2C dairy brand Doodhvale Farms is strengthening its position in India’s fresh dairy market by building a vertically integrated business that controls the entire supply chain—from farm to doorstep. The company is combining operational control, quality assurance, and direct-to-consumer distribution to address growing demand for trusted dairy products.

Founded in 2019 by Sudhir Jain, Aman Jain, Ishu Jain, and Sanjay Jain, Doodhvale Farms, operated by Sanjeevani Dairy Farms Private Limited, has focused on building a business around consistent product quality rather than relying solely on branding. The company manages sourcing, production, quality testing, and last-mile delivery within its own ecosystem, with laboratory testing integrated throughout the supply chain.

Its product portfolio includes fresh milk, dahi, paneer, and protein-focused dairy products, delivered directly to households across Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Ambala, Karnal, and Meerut. The company also sells non-perishable products, including ghee and wood-pressed oils, to customers across India.

Doodhvale Farms has reported year-over-year growth and consistent EBITDA profitability for three consecutive years, distinguishing itself in a D2C landscape where profitability often remains a challenge. According to the company, its D2C business nearly doubled over the past year, contributing to overall revenue growth of approximately 65%, with direct-to-consumer sales now accounting for nearly 90% of total revenue.

The company also said value-added products beyond plain milk now contribute around 35% of total sales, reflecting increasing customer adoption of its broader product portfolio.

To support its next phase of growth, Atomic Capital led a $3 million Series A funding round in November 2024, with participation from Singularity Early Opportunities Fund, Bharat Founders Fund, Indigram Labs Foundation, and angel investors including Ramakant Sharma, Saurabh Jain, Ankit Tandon, and Arjun Vaidya. In July 2026, Atomic Capital Fund I invested an additional $1 million to accelerate market expansion, deepen presence in existing markets, drive product innovation, and strengthen AI-powered capabilities such as demand forecasting and delivery route optimisation.

Looking ahead, Doodhvale Farms plans to expand beyond dairy by strengthening its portfolio of protein-rich foods and everyday household essentials, while entering new cities and increasing penetration in existing markets. The company aims to more than double its business over the next 12 to 18 months, positioning itself as a trusted daily essentials brand built on quality, operational control, and long-term customer trust.
