The Bengaluru-based brand is building an experiential omnichannel jewellery business with large-format stores, technology-led discovery and a vision to expand into broader luxury and lifestyle categories.
Bengaluru-based luxury jewellery brand QWEEN JEWELS is building a new-age retail proposition around self-discovery, experiential shopping and personal expression. Founded by Amit Kumar and launched earlier this year, the brand opened its first store in Noida on August 1, with outlets in Nirman Vihar and Bengaluru planned for October.

QWEEN is positioning itself around the concept of “non-intimidating luxury”, allowing consumers to explore jewellery based on their taste, mood and personal style rather than beginning with budget or occasion. The brand aims to combine aspiration, craftsmanship and trust with a more personalised shopping experience for modern Indian women.
The company is developing an omnichannel model where physical retail and digital platforms work together across the consumer journey. Customers can discover products online, shortlist pieces, locate them in stores and continue engaging digitally after their visit.
QWEEN’s stores are planned as large-format experiential destinations spanning approximately 4,000–6,000 sq. ft. Rather than traditional jewellery counters, the outlets will feature persona-led zones, technology, education and hospitality.
The brand is entering the market with 16+ collections and more than 3,000 SKUs, covering natural gemstones, natural diamonds and gold jewellery. Its product architecture is organised around five consumer personas: Party Girl, Gala Grandeur, Untamed in Love, I Want It All and Femininity Reclaimed.
QWEEN is also seeking to establish its own visual identity rather than relying heavily on designs sourced through common vendor networks. The brand describes its proposition as “life jewellery”, positioning pieces as tools for self-expression, everyday confidence and individuality rather than products reserved for special occasions.
Technology is central to its retail experience. Its Access Card, RFID-tagged jewellery and self-service tablets are designed to give shoppers greater control over product discovery. Consumers can access pricing, specifications, craftsmanship details, material stories and styling information while browsing.
The stores will additionally include a Diamond Experience Centre, Gemstone Experience Centre and Craft Lab, alongside cafés. These spaces will focus on diamond quality and certification, gemstone characteristics and the craftsmanship behind jewellery.
Over the next three to five years, QWEEN plans to establish flagship stores as proof points for experiential jewellery retail, strengthen omnichannel engagement, build distinctive design recognition and deepen consumer trust around natural diamonds, gemstones, provenance and transparency.
While jewellery remains its primary category, the company ultimately aims to build a broader luxury and lifestyle universe for modern Indian women.
With its combination of physical experiences, digital discovery, technology and design-led products, QWEEN is positioning itself to make luxury jewellery shopping more personal, interactive and consumer-led.
