The quick food delivery startup will expand into new cities, strengthen its owned-kitchen infrastructure and target 100 million consumers over the next five years.
Quick food delivery startup Swish has raised $24 million, approximately ₹228.4 crore, in a funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments, with participation from existing investors Accel, Bain Capital Ventures and Hara Global. The fundraise will support the company’s kitchen-led model as it expands into new cities and builds a larger network for ultra-fast food delivery.

Swish plans to deepen its kitchen presence in existing markets, strengthen supply chain infrastructure, improve order-handling capacity and establish more than 1,000 kitchens over the next five years. The startup said its monthly order volume has tripled since March 2026, crossing one million orders, highlighting growing demand for its neighbourhood-focused delivery model.
Founded in 2024 by Aniket Shah, Ujjwal Sukheja and Saran S, Swish owns and operates its kitchens, technology and last-mile delivery network. Its neighbourhood kitchens generally serve customers within a one-kilometre radius, allowing the company to target delivery in around 10 minutes.
Swish currently operates across Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad, covering nearly 50 pincodes. The company said more than 80% of its orders are delivered within 15 minutes. Its kitchens use dedicated preparation, cooking and assembly stations, supported by automated equipment. Swish claims that its kitchens process thousands of orders daily, with average preparation time below four minutes.
The platform’s menu has expanded to more than 250 stock-keeping units across over 20 food categories. Lunch and dinner have now overtaken snacks and late-night orders as its largest consumption occasions, indicating that Swish is moving beyond impulse-led ordering towards more regular meal occasions.
The latest round comes less than six months after Swish raised $38 million in Series B funding led by Hara Global and Bain Capital Ventures, with Accel also participating. Alteria Capital and Stride Ventures provided venture debt in that round. Including the latest fundraise, Swish has secured $78 million in external capital.
Swish’s expansion comes as the economics of ultra-fast food delivery remain under scrutiny. Blinkit and Zepto have entered the category through Bistro and Zepto Cafe, while Swiggy shut down SNACC amid profitability concerns. Zing also moved away from quick food delivery, citing weaker demand and high operating costs. Flipkart and Rapido, through Ownly, are exploring the market, increasing competitive pressure.
Despite these challenges, Swish aims to make quick food delivery available to 100 million consumers, positioning its owned-kitchen infrastructure as the foundation for national scale.
