Ultrahuman Raises ₹583 Cr Series C Led by Qualcomm Ventures

The wearable-tech company is scaling its health-tracking ecosystem after reporting ₹565 Cr revenue and ₹73 Cr profit in FY25.

Wearable technology startup Ultrahuman is raising ₹583 crore (around $60 million) in a Series C funding round led by Qualcomm Ventures, as it accelerates growth and expansion across its health and self-quantification platform.

The round includes participation from Alpha Wave, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, Deepinder Goyal, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Steadview Capital, GGM Family Trust, Krypton Fund and other investors.

According to regulatory filings, Ultrahuman’s board has approved the issue of 3,623 Series C and 3,832 Series C1 compulsorily convertible preference shares. The shares are being issued at ₹7,79,500 and ₹7,85,300, respectively, to raise approximately ₹583 crore.

Qualcomm Ventures is leading the round with a ₹143 crore investment, followed by Alpha Wave at ₹114 crore. Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings will invest ₹95 crore, while Blume Ventures is putting in ₹90 crore. Deepinder Goyal is investing ₹47.4 crore, with Nexus Venture Partners and Krypton Fund contributing ₹18.9 crore and ₹15 crore, respectively.

The remaining capital will come from GGM Family Trust, Steadview Capital, InCred Wealth, Joy Bhakat and other investors.

The fresh capital will be used for growth, expansion and general corporate purposes. The funding values Ultrahuman at around $363 million post-money, representing a significant increase from its previous Series B valuation.

The new round comes as Ultrahuman continues to build a broader consumer health and wellness ecosystem. Its product portfolio includes the Ring Air smart ring, M1 Live glucose monitoring wearable and Blood Vision blood testing platform, among other offerings.

The company operates a self-quantification platform focused on helping consumers track and understand health-related metrics through technology and wearable devices.

Before the Series C, Ultrahuman had raised more than $60 million, including a $35 million Series B and a $17.5 million Series A round in October 2022.

Ultrahuman reported ₹565 crore in revenue and ₹73 crore profit after tax in FY25, while it has projected ₹1,000 crore in revenue for FY26. The latest fundraise therefore comes as the company looks to scale its business further while expanding its technology-led health ecosystem.

Ultrahuman was founded by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, who previously built Runnr before its acquisition by Zomato in 2017.
