The Bengaluru-based D2C fashion startup will use the fresh capital to strengthen working capital and build its AI-led platform for women’s fashion.
Bengaluru-based D2C fashion startup UniqYou has raised ₹15.8 crore in a seed funding round led by Arkam Ventures and Antler, with participation from angel investors. The round values the company at approximately ₹64 crore post-money, according to estimates based on its regulatory filings.

The company’s board approved the issuance of 37,487 compulsory convertible preference shares at an issue price of ₹4,215 per share. Arkam Ventures invested ₹9.3 crore, while Antler contributed ₹4.96 crore. Angel investor Ankit Garg invested ₹1 crore, with Abhishek Goyal, Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Raveen Sastry and Nandita Sinha also participating in the round.
Following the allotment, Arkam Ventures will hold a 14.93% stake in UniqYou, while Antler will own 7.96%. Abhishek Goyal and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda will hold 1.59% and 0.24%, respectively.
The fresh funding will be used to meet UniqYou’s working capital requirements and support general corporate purposes. The round comes after earlier reports that the startup was in discussions to raise around ₹12 crore, or approximately $1.3 million.
Founded in 2026, UniqYou is building a technology-led fashion platform focused on women’s apparel. The startup uses artificial intelligence to identify emerging fashion trends and offer relevant products to consumers. Its approach combines trend discovery, technology and direct-to-consumer distribution to respond to changing preferences in the women’s fashion market.
The funding reflects continued investor interest in India’s fashion and apparel startup ecosystem. In 2025, The Bear House raised ₹50 crore in Series A funding, while Snitch secured ₹278.9 crore in Series B funding and Miraggio raised $6.5 million in Series A funding. The momentum continued in 2026, with MyDesignation raising ₹40 crore in Series A funding and Alaya by Stage3 securing seed funding to expand its ethnic-wear business and AI capabilities.
More recently, D2C fashion brand Theater raised ₹75 crore in a Series A round led by Niveshaay. Against this backdrop, UniqYou’s latest round gives the young startup capital to strengthen its operations, develop its technology platform and pursue growth in India’s competitive fashion market.
