The home décor marketplace is investing in faster fulfilment, AI-driven product discovery, and next-day deliveries to redefine online home shopping.
Home décor and furnishings marketplace Vaaree has raised ₹65 crore ($6.6 million) in a Series A funding round led by Hero Enterprise and Cap Alpha Ventures (formerly Client Associates Alternate Fund), strengthening its plans to expand technology, logistics, and customer experience across India’s growing home and living market.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand Vaaree’s fulfilment network, enable faster deliveries, and accelerate investments in its AI-powered product discovery and home styling technology, including its proprietary VibeCheck platform.

Founded in 2022 by Garima, Varun Vohra, and team, Bengaluru-based Vaaree operates a curated online marketplace offering home décor and furnishing products across categories including décor, furnishings, bed and bath, kitchen, and lighting. The platform currently features a catalogue of more than 1.5 lakh products, catering to consumers seeking curated home solutions through a digital-first shopping experience.
A key differentiator for the company is VibeCheck, its AI-powered home styling platform designed to make home shopping more intuitive and personalised. The technology enables users to discover products based on their preferences, create moodboards, visualise complementary product combinations, and shop coordinated home looks, helping simplify purchase decisions.
Alongside technology investments, Vaaree is strengthening its logistics infrastructure to improve delivery speed and operational efficiency. The company plans to expand its fulfilment and quality verification centres across key markets, bringing inventory closer to customers and reducing delivery timelines.
As part of this strategy, Vaaree aims to move towards next-day deliveries across major Indian cities, reflecting the growing consumer demand for convenience, faster fulfilment, and seamless online shopping experiences.
The funding also reinforces Vaaree’s ambition to build a technology-led home commerce platform where AI, curated discovery, and efficient fulfilment work together to enhance customer experience.
Vaaree is backed by several prominent investors, including Peak XV’s Surge, PeerCapital, All In Capital, Better Capital, OTP Ventures, and Kunal Shah. The latest funding round is expected to support the company’s next phase of growth as it scales its marketplace, strengthens supply chain capabilities, and continues investing in AI-driven innovation for the home décor segment.
With increasing demand for organised online home shopping, Vaaree is positioning itself at the intersection of technology, design, and fulfilment, creating a more personalised and efficient home décor buying experience for Indian consumers.
