Lissun Raises ₹48 Cr to Scale Child Development and AI-Led Care

The health-tech platform will expand Sunshine by LISSUN centres, strengthen clinical processes and build AI-powered solutions for children with developmental needs.

Gurugram-based health-tech platform Lissun has raised ₹48 crore in a Series A funding round led by Colossa Ventures, marking a significant step in its plans to scale specialised developmental and behavioural care for children across India.

The round also saw participation from Physis Capital and existing investors including RPSG Capital Ventures, Ivycap Ventures, Rainmatter, Multiply Ventures and SucSEED Ventures. New investors New Age India Fund and Beyond Capital Ventures also participated.

Founded in 2021 by Krishna Veer Singh and Tarun Gupta, Lissun operates through Sunshine by LISSUN, a child-care brand running development centres across India alongside digital products and AI-led tools.

The fresh capital will be deployed to expand Sunshine by LISSUN centres across key cities, develop AI-led solutions using proprietary technology and data, and strengthen clinical processes across the company’s network.

Lissun said it has grown fourfold over the past year and currently conducts more than 10,000 therapy sessions every month across 25 centres. The company plans to double its physical footprint to 50 centres by next year, while its digital products are targeted at reaching more than 10 lakh children over the coming years.

The platform is addressing a growing need for specialised developmental and behavioural care, where access to high-quality and consistent services remains fragmented. Lissun’s model combines physical centres, qualified therapists, digital products and technology to create a more integrated care ecosystem.

The company operates in a specialised segment serving children with developmental and behavioural needs, including areas such as autism, ADHD, and speech and language disorders. Its broader technology-led approach aims to improve accessibility while supporting more consistent clinical processes across its network.

Lissun competes with specialised child-development and healthcare platforms including Butterfly Learnings, Continua Kids, Hoola Health and Children First from Amaha. The segment has also attracted funding in recent years, with Butterfly Learnings raising ₹32 crore in Series A funding in 2024, CureAble securing ₹2 crore in pre-seed funding in 2025, Gabify raising $175,000 in pre-seed funding in 2026, and Hoola Health raising $5 million in 2026.

Lissun had previously raised $2.5 million in a pre-Series A round in September 2024 and ₹2.77 crore from Zerodha and other investors in June 2026.

With fresh capital, a rapidly expanding centre network and an AI-enabled digital strategy, Lissun is positioning Sunshine by LISSUN for the next phase of growth in India’s specialised child-care market.
