Bruno Milano Raises ₹7.5 Cr to Accelerate D2C Watch Expansion

The contemporary watch brand plans to expand across India, launch new collections and strengthen its presence across ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Noida-based direct-to-consumer watch brand Bruno Milano has raised ₹7.5 crore in a funding round led by Sauce VC, with participation from Titan Capital and angel investors including Arjun Purkayastha, Unacademy cofounder Roman Saini and Kitty Agarwal.

The fresh capital will support Bruno Milano’s next phase of growth, with the company planning to expand its market presence across India, accelerate the launch of new watch collections and designs, and strengthen availability across major ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Founded in 2024 by Rachit Jain and Saurabh Agarwal, Bruno Milano operates in the affordable contemporary watch segment. Its timepieces are generally priced between ₹2,000 and ₹5,000 and are sold through ecommerce and quick-commerce channels, alongside its official website.

The brand offers hand-finished quartz and chronograph watches across collections including Vittorio Chrono, Ambrosiana Chic and Duomo Heritage. It also provides customised corporate gifting solutions, expanding its proposition beyond individual consumers.

Bruno Milano positions its watches around classic aesthetics combined with modern design. Its distribution strategy focuses on digital-first channels, with ecommerce and quick commerce forming an important part of its market expansion plans.

The latest funding comes as India’s D2C watch segment sees startups targeting different consumer niches, ranging from affordable luxury and mechanical watches to heritage-inspired and premium timepieces.

Bruno Milano competes with brands including Rotoris, Argos Watches, Jaipur Watch Company and Bangalore Watch Company. Rotoris raised $3 million, approximately ₹27 crore, in a seed round in December 2025 from investors including Nikhil Kamath, Venture Catalysts, 100Unicorns and Vivek Oberoi. Argos Watches raised ₹6.5 crore in an angel round in 2025 to support product development and digital expansion, while Jaipur Watch Company had previously raised ₹2.4 crore in an angel funding round.

For Bruno Milano, the ₹7.5 crore fundraise provides capital to deepen its reach while continuing to build its product portfolio. The company’s focus on accessible pricing, contemporary designs and digital distribution gives it an opportunity to participate in India’s evolving watch market.

As the brand expands its collections and strengthens its ecommerce and quick-commerce presence, its strategy will centre on increasing availability while maintaining its D2C positioning. The funding therefore marks a significant step in Bruno Milano’s effort to build a larger national footprint in the affordable contemporary watch category.
