The Bengaluru-based clothing brand will invest in fabric innovation, new product categories, retail expansion and community building as repeat customers drive growth.
ReplyAll, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) apparel brand, has raised ₹9.7 crore in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII. The round also included ISV, Long View Ventures, existing investors Sparrow and Antler, and several angel investors.

The fresh capital will support fabric research and development, product design, category expansion, retail presence and community building as the Bengaluru-based company looks to scale its everyday and performance apparel business.
Launched in 2025 by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll develops versatile clothing for work, travel, workouts and casual wear. The brand focuses on combining functional design, material innovation and everyday styling to serve consumers across different activities and occasions.
Fabric Innovation at the Core
ReplyAll is investing in proprietary fabric technologies to differentiate its products in the competitive D2C apparel market. Its Temperform™ fabric, used in the Coolest Tee, is designed to help manage heat during everyday activities and sports, according to the company.
Its Flexknit™ material offers stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers intended for work, travel and casual use. The company plans to expand its fabric research and introduce additional product categories as it develops its portfolio.
The brand’s first three product launches—the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee—sold out, according to the company. It has also recorded month-on-month revenue growth over the past seven months, while repeat customers contribute 40% of its revenue.
Building on Earlier Funding
The latest investment follows ReplyAll’s first funding round of ₹6.8 crore, equivalent to $750,000, secured in December 2025. That round was led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with participation from Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC and several D2C founders.
The new funding gives ReplyAll additional resources to strengthen its product development capabilities and broaden its market presence. Its emphasis on fabric innovation, repeat purchases and expanding categories reflects its strategy of building a differentiated consumer apparel brand.
As competition intensifies across India’s D2C fashion market, ReplyAll’s ability to translate product differentiation into sustained demand will be important to its next phase of growth.
