The fashion brand is targeting 30% annual growth while expanding its physical footprint, launching new lifestyle categories and strengthening international e-commerce.
Libas, owned by Zivore Apparel Pvt Ltd, is targeting annual growth of 30% and plans to expand its offline network to 250–300 stores over the next two to three years. The company currently operates approximately 50–60 stores across 15–16 Tier-I and metropolitan cities, with plans to deepen its presence in existing markets before entering additional cities and states.
Founder and CEO Sidhant Keshwani said the company plans to invest around ₹200 crore in expanding its retail network. Libas intends to follow a company-owned, company-operated (COCO) model, while keeping franchising as a potential option for the future.

Libas Plans ₹200 Crore Store Expansion
The brand is strengthening its presence in Uttar Pradesh, where it operates stores in Gorakhpur and Agra and plans to enter Saharanpur. It is also evaluating expansion opportunities in Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
To finance its growth, Zivore Apparel is exploring multiple funding options, including private equity and an initial public offering (IPO). The company is considering a combination of equity and debt to support its planned investment and expansion.
Libas Expands Beyond Fashion Into Lifestyle
Alongside its physical expansion, Libas is broadening its product portfolio to develop into a complete lifestyle brand. The company has recently introduced artificial jewellery under the Libas label and launched perfumes three to four months ago. Over the next two to three years, it aims to build an integrated omnichannel business spanning multiple product categories and online and offline channels.
International E-Commerce Becomes a Growth Driver
Libas currently serves overseas customers in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and Australia through its online channels. The company has also launched an e-commerce website for international markets to support its overseas expansion.
Its international strategy prioritises markets with sizeable Indian diaspora populations and manageable logistics. Libas is exploring opportunities in Southeast Asia, particularly Singapore and Malaysia, while identifying broader potential across Asia and the Middle East. For now, the company plans to expand internationally through e-commerce rather than physical stores.
With a target of 250–300 stores, ₹200 crore in planned retail investment and new lifestyle categories, Libas is positioning itself for its next growth phase. Its strategy combines deeper domestic distribution, product diversification and international digital sales to build a larger omnichannel fashion and lifestyle business.
