GIVA Raises Over $100 Million in Funding Round Led by Multiples PE to Expand Retail Network

The fine jewellery brand plans to scale its store network beyond 1,000 outlets over the next three to five years, while investing in manufacturing, leadership and omnichannel expansion.

Indian fine jewellery brand GIVA has raised over $100 million in a funding round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, along with its co-investors. The fresh capital will support the company’s retail expansion, manufacturing capabilities and efforts to strengthen its omnichannel presence.

As part of its expansion plans, GIVA aims to grow its retail network to more than 1,000 outlets over the next three to five years. The company currently operates over 400 stores across India and Sri Lanka, with a presence in both Tier I and Tier II markets.

Founded in 2019 by Ishendra Agarwal, GIVA offers jewellery across sterling silver, gold and lab-grown diamonds. Its distribution model combines company-owned retail stores and its direct-to-consumer (D2C) website with third-party e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

The company said it has recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 70% in the past three years, closing FY26 with revenue of approximately Rs 865 crore. The latest funding will also help GIVA strengthen its leadership team and expand its manufacturing infrastructure to support its growing business.

GIVA had also raised $28 million in debt in May 2026. In February 2026, it secured Rs 110 crore, approximately $12 million, through a Series C extension round led by HPV CC1 Ltd. The company has raised over $258 million to date, including its latest funding.

While GIVA is yet to file its FY26 financial statements, its operating revenue grew 89% year-on-year to Rs 518 crore in FY25. However, its losses also increased 22% to Rs 72 crore during the same period.

GIVA operates in an increasingly competitive organised jewellery market, competing with established players such as BlueStone, CaratLane, Melorra, Candere and Tanishq, alongside emerging brands including Palmonas, Jewelbox, Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds, Fiona Diamonds and Firefly Diamonds.

With its latest capital raise, GIVA is positioning itself for its next growth phase, centred on wider retail reach, stronger manufacturing and a larger omnichannel footprint.
