Campus Activewear delivered a solid performance in the first quarter of FY27, reporting double-digit growth in revenue, sales volume, and profitability, supported by strong consumer demand, disciplined execution, and continued investments in product innovation.
For the quarter ended June 30, the footwear brand reported a 12.2% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to ₹385.2 crore. Net profit grew 17.7% to ₹26.1 crore, while EBITDA increased 13.3% to ₹62.7 crore. The company maintained a healthy EBITDA margin of 15.9%, reflecting resilient operating performance despite cost pressures.

Growth during the quarter was primarily driven by higher sales volumes across the company’s omnichannel network. Sales volume increased 11.7% year-on-year to 5.71 million pairs, while the average selling price remained stable at ₹674 per pair, compared with ₹671 in the corresponding period last year.
Campus Activewear said the growth was broad-based, with particularly strong demand across its women’s and kids’ footwear categories. The company attributed the performance to its focus on design-led product development, a wider product assortment, and disciplined channel execution, helping it strengthen its position across multiple consumer segments.
During the quarter, the company faced higher input costs and increased labour expenses following minimum wage revisions. However, these pressures were largely offset through calibrated price increases, sourcing efficiencies, productivity improvements, and a better product mix, enabling the company to protect margins while delivering profit growth.
Campus also achieved its highest-ever first-quarter production, building inventory ahead of the upcoming festive and high-demand season to ensure stronger product availability across channels.
As part of its brand-building initiatives, the company launched Élan by Campus, its premium lifestyle footwear line, introduced a refreshed brand identity featuring a new logo, and organised a distributor meet to further strengthen channel engagement across its network.
Looking ahead, Campus Activewear remains focused on expanding category participation, strengthening its distribution network, and driving growth through product innovation and disciplined execution. With stable margins, healthy volume growth, and continued investments in premiumisation and omnichannel capabilities, the company is well-positioned to build on its momentum in India’s expanding footwear market.
