InstaAstro Raises $12 Mn Series A to Build a Global Spiritual Wellness Ecosystem

From astrology consultations to AI-powered spiritual wellness, InstaAstro is scaling its platform across markets, languages and services.

Gurugram-based spiritual wellness platform InstaAstro has raised $12 million in Series A funding, led by Singularity AMC and Artha Venture Fund, with participation from the company’s founders. The funding comes more than two years after its $2.2 million pre-Series A round and will support the company’s expansion across regional and international markets.

Founded in 2021 by Nitin Verma, InstaAstro began as an astrology consultation platform and has evolved into a broader digital spiritual wellness ecosystem. Its services now span astrology, tarot reading, numerology, vastu, Pooja Seva and spiritual commerce.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate AI-driven product development, including sentiment analysis and multilingual support. These capabilities are expected to improve the accessibility and quality of consultations while helping InstaAstro serve users across diverse markets.

How big is InstaAstro?

InstaAstro currently serves 12 million registered users and works with more than 5,000 verified experts across 183 countries. Its international operations, supported largely by the Indian diaspora, contribute nearly 25% of total revenue, highlighting the platform’s growing presence beyond India.

The company has also reported significant business growth. Revenue more than doubled year-on-year to ₹111.26 crore in FY26, compared with ₹52 crore in FY25. InstaAstro also claims that its user base has grown nearly 400% over the past two years, while annualised revenue has crossed ₹200 crore.

Beyond its core consultation business, InstaAstro is looking to scale Pooja Seva and spiritual commerce, with the broader ambition of bringing consultations, rituals, discovery and commerce together within one platform.

This strategy positions InstaAstro as more than an astrology app. It is building an integrated spiritual wellness ecosystem designed to let consumers access multiple services through a single digital destination.

The company operates in a competitive segment alongside AstroTalk, GaneshaSpeaks, Click Astro, Astroyogi and Bodhi. Its latest funding gives InstaAstro additional capital to differentiate through technology, expand internationally and deepen its service portfolio.

With AI, multilingual capabilities and international expansion at the centre of its next phase, InstaAstro is positioning itself for the next stage of digital spiritual wellness—connecting traditional spiritual practices with a technology-led, globally accessible consumer experience.
