Qiroko Raises ₹1.5 Crore Pre-Seed Funding Led by ISV Capital

The Bengaluru-based fashion accessories startup will use the fresh capital to expand into watches and bags, strengthen its team and scale distribution across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

Qiroko, a Bengaluru-based fashion accessories startup, has raised ₹1.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by ISV Capital, with participation from angel investors. Founded in 2025, the company plans to use the capital to expand its product portfolio, strengthen distribution and build its brand capabilities as it scales its direct-to-consumer (D2C) business.

The startup was founded by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik, with a focus on everyday fashion accessories that combine affordable pricing with wearable designs. Qiroko aims to make fashion accessories accessible to consumers through a growing presence across online sales channels.

The fresh funding will support new product development and expansion into additional categories, particularly watches and bags. The company also plans to strengthen its team and develop in-house brand and content capabilities to support its next phase of growth.

Distribution expansion is another key priority. Qiroko currently sells through its D2C website and online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. It is also available on Blinkit, allowing the brand to reach consumers through quick commerce alongside its existing digital channels.

By expanding across these platforms, Qiroko aims to improve product accessibility and reach a broader customer base. Its multi-channel approach combines a direct sales platform with established marketplaces and quick-commerce distribution, giving the startup multiple avenues to build visibility and drive sales.

The company claims to have achieved an annualised revenue run rate of ₹6 crore within its first year of launch, alongside strong unit economics. Qiroko remained bootstrapped until the current funding round, making this its first external capital raise.

With the fresh investment, the startup plans to expand beyond its existing accessories portfolio into jewellery, watches and bags. The broader range is expected to help it establish a wider presence in the everyday fashion accessories segment.

As Qiroko enters its next growth phase, its priorities include product innovation, distribution expansion and stronger brand-building capabilities. Its ability to maintain affordable pricing while scaling across multiple sales channels will be important as it works to build a recognisable consumer brand.
