TRUE ARTIS Raises ₹11.4 Cr Seed Funding to Expand Aesthetic Surgery Network

The integrated aesthetic surgery platform will use the capital to open two Delhi NCR centres, strengthen surgical infrastructure and enhance its technology-led patient-care experience.

Integrated aesthetic surgery platform TRUE ARTIS has raised ₹11.4 crore in a seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC. The round also saw participation from Eleven, a diversified business group of Medanta co-founder Sunil Sachdeva, along with healthcare investors, operators and angel investors.

The investor group includes Arjun Vaidya, Dhruv Joshi, Ambarish Gupta and Vivek Lohcheb, Chief Business Officer of PhonePe. Former senior executives from Airtel and OYO also participated in the round.

TRUE ARTIS will use the fresh capital to open two new centres in Delhi NCR over the next six to eight months. The funds will also support stronger surgical and recovery capabilities, expansion of its plastic and aesthetic surgeon network, and improvements to technology and patient-care systems.

Founded in 2025 by Ankit Joshi and Sandeep Upadhyay, TRUE ARTIS operates as an integrated aesthetic surgery platform focused on personalised aesthetic care. It brings together plastic and aesthetic surgeons, surgical infrastructure, hospital-grade safety protocols, dedicated recovery facilities and a privacy-focused patient experience under one platform.

The company offers services across facial aesthetics, breast procedures, body contouring, hair restoration and non-surgical treatments. Its in-house technology platform manages the patient journey from enquiry and consultation to surgery and recovery, helping coordinate multiple stages of care through a single system.

TRUE ARTIS currently operates two centres in Delhi and Gurgaon. Its facilities include operating theatres, surgical and medical equipment, dedicated recovery areas, ICU backup and private patient suites.

The platform works with a multidisciplinary network of full-time and visiting plastic surgeons. It currently collaborates with around 20 plastic surgeons across Delhi NCR, allowing patients to access multiple specialists through one integrated care model.

TRUE ARTIS claims to have served more than 10,000 clients and completed over 400 surgeries in the past nine months. The company also reports a 98% client satisfaction rate, while stating that its first centre has reached EBITDA break-even and revenue is growing at a double-digit month-on-month rate.

The latest fundraise comes as TRUE ARTIS looks to build a more structured and technology-enabled approach to aesthetic care. By combining specialist access, surgical infrastructure, recovery support and digital patient management, the platform is positioning itself around convenience, safety and continuity of care.

With the planned Delhi NCR expansion, TRUE ARTIS aims to increase access to its integrated model while strengthening its clinical network and operational capabilities.
