Home services platform Yes Madam has crossed 30,000 instant beauty bookings within the first month of entering the instant beauty services segment, highlighting the growing demand for on-demand salon and spa experiences delivered directly to customers’ homes.
The company introduced its instant beauty offering in June, extending its existing home services model into a category where consumers increasingly expect faster and more convenient access. Today, Yes Madam’s instant spa services are available across 55+ cities, while instant salon services have been rolled out in select metro markets and will be expanded in phases. Both services are delivered within 30 minutes, reflecting the company’s focus on speed and convenience.

Founded in 2016, Yes Madam currently operates in more than 55 cities and fulfills over 350,000 bookings every month across services including waxing, facials, massages, and grooming. The expansion into instant beauty services builds on the company’s existing nationwide presence while addressing rising demand for last-minute wellness and salon appointments.
Commenting on the launch, Aditya Arya, Co-founder and CEO of Yes Madam, said consumer expectations are evolving rapidly as instant access becomes common across categories such as food delivery, mobility, grocery, and home help. He noted that the company identified an opportunity to bring the same level of convenience to beauty and wellness services.
According to the company, the instant service is designed to solve last-minute appointment needs while enabling service partners to complete more bookings in a day, improving both customer convenience and partner productivity.
The expansion follows Yes Madam’s ₹50 crore funding from Info Edge, led by Sanjeev Bikhchandani, in May 2026. The investment marked the company’s first external funding round after operating as a bootstrapped business since its inception.
The rapid growth of instant beauty services also reflects a broader shift in India’s convenience economy. As startups look to replicate the success of quick commerce beyond groceries and food delivery, beauty and wellness is emerging as a high-potential category. Companies including Snabbit, NoBroker through its platform Zivora, and Dazzl have also entered the space, underscoring increasing competition around faster, on-demand consumer services.
With instant bookings gaining traction and consumers increasingly willing to pay for convenience, Yes Madam is strengthening its position in India’s evolving beauty and wellness ecosystem by combining nationwide reach, rapid service delivery, and technology-enabled home experiences.
