Ferns N Petals (FNP) is preparing for a public listing by the end of 2028 as the omnichannel gifting and floral retailer accelerates investments in quick commerce, premium gifting, retail expansion, and international growth to support its next phase of scale.
According to the company, it is targeting around 25% annual revenue growth over the coming years while using future IPO proceeds to expand its business and pursue acquisitions in the gifting category.

FNP reported ₹1,085 crore in revenue in FY26, reflecting 25% year-on-year growth, and expects to further strengthen profitability by improving its core earnings margin to 5–6% this fiscal, up from 2.5% in the previous year.
Founded in 1994, FNP has evolved into an omnichannel gifting platform offering flowers, cakes, personalised gifts, and premium gifting solutions through its website, third-party marketplaces, company-owned stores, and franchise outlets.
Quick commerce has emerged as one of the company’s fastest-growing businesses. Revenue from marketplace-led quick commerce and food commerce increased from ₹8 crore in FY24 to ₹65 crore in FY26, with a target of ₹125 crore this fiscal. FNP’s own rapid-delivery format already contributes around 5% of total revenue, with deliveries completed within 30–45 minutes in select locations, helping increase order volumes.
To support faster fulfilment, the company plans to nearly double its company-owned dark store and fulfilment network in metro cities from 21 locations to around 40 over the next year.
Retail expansion remains another key focus. FNP plans to increase its physical store network to around 350 stores by FY28, expanding through company-owned stores in metro cities while adopting a franchise-led model in smaller towns. The company currently operates across more than 400 cities and towns in India and has an international presence in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Singapore, with plans to expand into Malaysia and additional Gulf markets.
FNP is also scaling FNP Luxe, its premium gifting business, which currently contributes around 8% of revenue and is expected to account for 10% of sales by the end of FY27.
Backed by Lighthouse and having raised around $27 million to date, FNP is strengthening its omnichannel ecosystem through investments in technology, sourcing, logistics, and customer experience while positioning itself for sustained profitable growth ahead of its planned IPO.
