boAt Expands Product Portfolio with Launch of Kid Series Smartwatch and Headphones

Homegrown consumer electronics brand boAt has entered the children’s technology category with the launch of its Kid Series, introducing the Sailor Nav 4G smartwatch and Sailor Play wireless headphones as it expands its presence across new consumer segments.

The new products will be available through boAt’s official website and leading e-commerce platforms, strengthening the brand’s omnichannel distribution strategy.

The Sailor Nav 4G smartwatch, priced at ₹6,499, is designed to offer both connectivity and safety features for children. It supports 4G voice and video calling, Google Maps-based live location tracking, geo-fencing with five-point satellite positioning, and an SOS button for emergency situations. The smartwatch also features a 1.4-inch HD display and enables audio messaging between Sailor Nav users, allowing children and families to stay connected.

Complementing the smartwatch is the Sailor Play wireless headphones, priced at ₹1,499. The headphones are designed with child-friendly features, including an 85dB volume limit to support safe listening. They also come equipped with 40mm drivers, Bluetooth connectivity, and up to 60 hours of battery life on a single charge.

For enhanced comfort during extended use, the Sailor Play headphones feature an adjustable headband, soft ear cushions, and built-in controls for music playback and phone calls.

The launch marks boAt’s entry into the growing kids’ technology segment, expanding its product portfolio beyond its established range of audio devices, wearables, and consumer electronics. By introducing dedicated products designed around children’s safety, communication, and entertainment needs, the company is broadening its addressable market while strengthening its presence in India’s connected device ecosystem.

With the Kid Series now available through its digital sales channels, boAt continues to expand its consumer electronics portfolio by addressing emerging lifestyle categories and evolving customer requirements.
