The fintech platform is expanding embedded finance, AI-powered underwriting, and merchant financing to bridge India’s MSME credit gap.
GetVantage, a B2B fintech platform focused on enabling growth capital for Indian MSMEs, has raised ₹63 crore ($6.6 million) in a Series A1 funding round comprising a mix of equity and debt. The round was co-led by Rajeev Ahuja and SanRaj Group, with participation from Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint.
With this latest investment, the Mumbai-based company’s total committed funding capacity has crossed ₹700 crore, strengthening its ability to support India’s rapidly growing MSME ecosystem through technology-driven financing solutions.

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate GetVantage’s expansion while advancing its vision of becoming an AI-native capital gateway. The company plans to leverage artificial intelligence to deliver faster, smarter, and more accessible growth capital to businesses across India.
Founded in 2020 by Bhavik Vasa, GetVantage enables businesses to access growth capital without equity dilution or heavy collateral requirements. Through embedded financing solutions integrated directly into marketplaces and merchant ecosystems, the platform simplifies capital access for founders and small businesses while addressing India’s estimated ₹30 lakh crore MSME credit gap.
A key differentiator for the company is its AI-driven underwriting model. Instead of relying solely on traditional credit assessments, GetVantage uses alternate data and predictive analytics to evaluate businesses based on actual cash flows. This technology-driven approach reduces friction in the lending process and enables faster financing decisions for growing enterprises.
The company is also scaling its Capital Gateway, a plug-and-play API ecosystem that allows B2B e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics providers to embed financing options directly into their merchant ecosystems. In the coming months, GetVantage plans to announce several strategic seller financing partnerships with leading digital platforms, further expanding its embedded finance network.
Alongside business expansion, GetVantage continues to strengthen its support for specialised founder communities. In March 2024, the company launched the Rise Up Fund, a ₹100 crore initiative dedicated to women entrepreneurs. Earlier, it also introduced SaaS Accelerator Fund II, aimed at supporting B2B SaaS businesses with growth capital.
Backed by investors including Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, Sony Fund, InCred, and several industry veterans, GetVantage is positioning itself at the intersection of fintech, embedded finance, and AI. As digital commerce continues to expand, the company aims to simplify capital access for Indian businesses while strengthening the financial infrastructure that supports MSME growth.
