HealthKart Crosses ₹2,000 Crore Revenue in FY26 as Profit Before Tax Rises 30%

The nutrition and wellness company recorded 56.2% revenue growth to ₹2,052 crore, strengthening its financial position as it reportedly prepares for an IPO.

HealthKart, the company behind nutrition and wellness brands including MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, TrueBasics and Gritzo, reported revenue from operations of ₹2,052 crore in FY26, up 56.2% from ₹1,313 crore in FY25. Its profit before tax (PBT), excluding exceptional items, increased 30% to ₹124 crore from ₹95 crore, according to consolidated annual statements sourced from the Registrar of Companies.

The performance comes as HealthKart reportedly gears up for an initial public offering (IPO), with revenue growth and sustained profitability potentially strengthening its public market positioning.

Product Sales Drive HealthKart’s Revenue Growth

Product sales remained the company’s primary revenue source, accounting for nearly 99% of operating revenue. Sales increased 59.2% to ₹2,033 crore in FY26, compared with ₹1,279 crore a year earlier. HealthKart also generates income from services and other activities.

Including ₹54 crore in other income, the company’s total income reached ₹2,106 crore in FY26, up from ₹1,368 crore in FY25.

HealthKart operates a portfolio of nutrition and wellness brands, including MuscleBlaze, The Protein Zone, TrueBasics, HK Vitals, bGreen, Nouriza and Gritzo. Its portfolio spans sports nutrition, health supplements and wellness products.

HealthKart’s Expenses Rise Alongside Revenue

The company’s expansion was accompanied by higher operating costs. Procurement, its largest expense category, increased 71.9% to ₹1,071 crore in FY26 from ₹623 crore in the previous financial year.

Advertising and marketing expenses rose 53.2% to ₹403 crore, reflecting continued spending on brand growth. Employee benefits, commissions, freight and other overheads also contributed to the increase in overall expenditure.

Total expenses climbed 55.7% to ₹1,982 crore in FY26 from ₹1,273 crore in FY25. Despite the higher cost base, revenue growth supported an improvement in profit before tax.

HealthKart’s IPO Prospects and Funding History

HealthKart has raised approximately $382 million in funding to date, with investors including Peak XV Partners, Temasek and Sofina. In December 2022, the company raised $135 million from Temasek and other investors.

As the company reportedly prepares for an IPO, its ability to sustain revenue growth, manage procurement and marketing costs, and maintain profitability will remain important indicators of its financial performance.
