Arvind Fashions Reports 15.5% Revenue Growth in Q1 FY27, Driven by Direct and Online Channels

Arvind Fashions Ltd reported a 15.5% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to ₹1,278.5 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, supported by strong growth across its direct retail channels and online business.

The company’s consolidated net profit rose 11% to ₹27.61 crore, compared with ₹24.86 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, reflecting continued momentum despite a challenging operating environment.

According to the company, direct channels delivered 11.6% like-for-like growth during the quarter and contributed 62% of total revenue, highlighting the growing importance of owned retail channels in its overall business. Meanwhile, its online B2C business recorded 38% year-on-year growth, indicating stronger consumer demand through digital channels.

Total expenses for the quarter increased to ₹1,245.48 crore, compared with ₹1,083.02 crore in the same period last year.

Commenting on the results, Amisha Jain, Managing Director and CEO of Arvind Fashions, said the performance was achieved despite inflationary pressures arising from the West Asia conflict, higher petroleum prices, elevated foreign exchange rates, and minimum wage increases across several states. She attributed the company’s performance to the resilience of its brand portfolio and disciplined operating model.

Looking ahead, Arvind Fashions plans to continue investing in its marquee brands while strengthening consumer engagement and increasing the contribution of its direct channels. The company remains focused on driving profitable growth through retail expansion and deeper customer relationships across both physical and digital platforms.

The company also said it will continue expanding its retail and online B2C channels while closely monitoring geopolitical developments, including the ongoing West Asia conflict, and assessing their potential impact on business operations.

With continued investment in direct-to-consumer channels and brand-led growth, Arvind Fashions aims to further strengthen its position in India’s evolving fashion retail market.
